Current Openings
Overnight Shifts: 8–12 hours
Daytime Shifts: 4 hours

What We Require
Credentials: Training through a reputable organization (or willingness to complete training soon). CPR certification must be current.
Experience: Professional, in-home newborn care experience is essential. Each applicant is evaluated individually.
Personality Fit: Beyond training and experience, we value strong communication, professionalism, reliability, and genuine compassion.
Verification: Background checks and reference checks are required for all team members.
Labor Doula Requirements:
- Must have attended a minimum of 3-5 births as a labor doula
- A passion for supporting families through labor and birth
- Must work well in a supportive, team dynamic and be willing to collaborate with other labor doulas
