Postpartum Doula Training

There are no refunds except upon class cancellation by the instructor, Bryn Yozzo. If Bryn Yozzo cancels the class, there will be a 100% refund.

I may transfer my registration to another training with Bryn Yozzo within 12 months of the original training date with approval from Bryn Yozzo and by paying a $75.00 transfer fee.

If I fail to transfer to another training within the 12-month period, I understand I will not receive any refund for any monies paid to the instructor, Bryn Yozzo.

I understand the instructor will confirm the course 10 days before the training date. If I make any plans prior to course confirmation by Bryn Yozzo, and the training is canceled, Bryn Yozzo is not responsible for any expenses incurred.

In the event of inclement weather, technical issues, or other issues that make it impossible for Bryn Yozzo to hold the training, a make-up date will be scheduled. Bryn Yozzo is not responsible for any expenses incurred.

I understand that Bryn Yozzo will share my name and contact information with the New Horizons Training Network office.

I understand that Bryn Yozzo may take pictures or videos of the training that includes me. I understand that these pictures or videos may be used online or in print by Bryn Yozzo or New Horizons Training Network for promotional purposes.

I understand that quotes from my training evaluation may be used online or in print by Bryn Yozzo or New Horizons Training Network for promotional purposes.

I understand that I may not record (audio or visual) the training workshop. I may not photograph the PowerPoint slides, training materials, certificate of completion, or any other intellectual property belonging to New Horizons Training Network or Bryn Yozzo.

I understand that I may take photographs during the training only with the express consent of Bryn Yozzo and the other participants in the workshop.

I understand that I may not post any of the photographs on social media or email them without the express permission of Bryn Yozzo and the other participants in the workshop.

I understand that none of the photographs may be used for advertising purposes nor sold or distributed to any other party.

I understand I may not reproduce, publish or distribute any of the materials in the training manual.

I understand that I must attend all portions and days of the training. If I miss any portions of the training I will not receive a certification of training or contact hours. I may attend the missed sessions at another training to make up the missed portions.

I understand I must be 18 years old to attend the training.
