Description
This class is perfect to prepare you for your first child, or serve as a great refresher if it’s been a while since your last. Topics include understanding your newborn (what is normal & their cues) and newborn care which includes bathing, diapering, swaddling, feeding options and more. We will cover must haves for your registry or nursery, bathing, swaddling, diapering, sleep, and ways to manage your visitors and helpers in the first few weeks home. We highly recommend your partner attend this class with you. A comprehensive workbook will be included.
The small group class is limited to 4 couples. Price is per couple.
